General terms and conditions
Scope of application
The present general conditions, in the version published on the site at the time of the order and which ACIPENSER SARL reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice, apply to and govern any order placed on the site www.acipenser-caviar.ch.
Orders and prices
In case of unavailability of certain products, the customer service will modify the order after having informed the customer.
The "click" of the buyer as an order form constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
The prices of the products are indicated in Swiss francs and include VAT. The VAT applied is that of the day of the order.
Methods of payment online
CREDIT CARDS
All online payments by credit card (SUMUP) are processed by a secure server. The amount of the order is debited immediately upon confirmation. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
The transmission of credit card data is encrypted via SSL.
TWINT (Switzerland and Liechtenstein only)
Transactions are secured and processed by TWINT. The amount is debited on the same day as the order.
You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order as well as your invoice in PDF format at your email address.
All online orders are final once the payment has been approved by the relevant financial institution.
Terms of delivery
SWITZERLAND AND LIECHTENSTEIN
Delivery time: 48 to 72 hours (working days)
Shipping costs: CHF 19.50
For orders over CHF 300.- free shipping.
Deliveries are made by La Poste (Swiss-Express "Lune") to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
Once the package is handed over to the Post Office, the latter's responsibility covers any loss or damage and/or its contents. In this case, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the customer service of La Poste.
ACIPENSER SARL cannot be held responsible for events that may occur outside its own premises (weather conditions, traffic, etc...) and prevent delivery within the announced timeframe.
EUROPEAN UNION
Delivery time: 24 to 48 hours (working days)
Shipping costs:
France and Spain : CHF 60.- by Chronofresh
Italy and Greece : CHF 80.- by DHL
For orders over CHF 300.- free shipping.
Once the package is handed over to Chronofresh or DHL, the latter's responsibility covers any loss or damage and/or its contents. In this case, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the customer service of Chronofresh or DHL.
ACIPENSER SARL cannot be held responsible for events that may occur outside its own premises (weather conditions, traffic, etc...) and prevent delivery within the announced timeframe.
Orders can only be made in the following countries: France, Spain, Italy and Greece. Please contact us for any delivery in the EU at caviar@acipenser-caviar.ch.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Due to their perishable nature, we do not grant any right of withdrawal or return on our products.
The buyer is obliged to check the delivery immediately upon receipt to ensure that the order is complete and the goods are in good condition.
In case of a possible complaint:
- concerning the completeness of an order, please inform ACIPENSER SARL in writing at service.clients@acipenser-caviar.ch immediately and at the latest within 24 hours after delivery.
After this period, the order will be considered accepted. - If you have a complaint about the quality of a product, please inform ACIPENSER SARL in writing at service.clients@acipenser-caviar.ch with a picture of the product and the label on the back of the box.
ACIPENSER SARL cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transport or that results from improper storage of the goods after receipt by the customer or his partners.
Images
As the reproduction of colors on computer screens is not perfect, ACIPENSER SARL does not guarantee that the color of the goods is identical to the one appearing on the screen.
The photographs presented on the website www.acipenser-caviar.ch are for illustration purposes only and in no way constitute a contractual clause.
Data confidentiality
All personal data of the client are treated confidentially and are under no circumstances transmitted or made accessible to third parties, nor communicated in Switzerland or abroad by ACIPENSER SARL.
The customer has the right to access, rectify or delete, upon written request to service.clients@acipenser-caviar.ch, the data concerning him/her contained in the ACIPENSER SARL database.
All personal data provided by the client are collected, processed and used in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA).
ACIPENSER SARL uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google. This service uses cookies, which are text files placed on the client's computer, which allow the website to be analyzed by its users.
The information generated by the cookie about the customer's use of the website, including the IP address, will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the customer's use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
Applicable law
Swiss law is applicable to all relations between the customer and ACIPENSER SARL.
The Swiss Code of Obligations governs all aspects not expressly mentioned in these general terms and conditions.
