A new player on the Swiss caviar scene ? Not quite.
Acipenser Caviar is the result of a meeting between an Iranian importer, Mr. Ali Mir Motahari, owner of the company Gourmet Trade SA established in Luxembourg since 1985, and Thierry Colelough, a great connoisseur.
The experience acquired by Gourmet Trade over the years allows them to select the best caviars from the best producers.
Beyond the more than competitive rates we offer, we stand out for the consistency of the quality of the different varieties we offer.
Regarding pricing, we keep a comparative price list of the main distributors in Switzerland, updated monthly. This list is available on request at caviar@acipenser-caviar.ch.
Orders and shipping
Like the great wines, caviar does not appreciate too many manipulations. Your orders will be packaged directly in Luxembourg from the original 1.8 kg tins of producers selected by Gourmet Trade.
Sensitive to the carbon footprint (transport) and hostile to waste (superfluous packaging), we use only the material intended to maintain the cold chain for the dispatch or direct delivery of your parcels (isothermal bags and reusable cooling elements).
Restocked monthly by its producers, Gourmet Trade can thus guarantee a flawless freshness of its deliveries.
